This policy explains what information Connex Creative LLC collects through connexcreative.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect very little, we don't sell it, and we don't track you around the web.

Who we are

This website is run by Connex Creative LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. When this policy says “we,” “us” or “our,” it means Connex Creative LLC. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

This policy covers this website only. Our Liquid OS apps have their own privacy policy, which you can read at liquidsys.io/privacy.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message, plus your phone number and business name if you add them. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you include.

Basic technical information. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records some information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we don't collect. This site has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools. We don't use cookies to follow you or build a profile of you.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and talk with you about the work you're interested in
• To provide services you ask us for
• To keep the website running and secure
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and handle our email, and only so they can do that job for us:

• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive and send.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface this site uses. When your browser loads it, Google receives your IP address.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies

We don't set cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may use a small security cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated attacks. It is not used to identify you.

Do Not Track. Some browsers let you send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this site doesn't track visitors across websites or over time, there is nothing for that signal to turn off, and the site works the same either way.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you, to do any work you hire us for and to keep normal business records. After that, we delete them. Our hosting provider keeps its technical records for a short period set by its own policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it or delete it. Just email privacy@connexcreative.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We honor these requests no matter where you live. We may need to keep some records when the law requires it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable measures to keep your information safe, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the contact form.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Other websites

This site links to other websites, such as our social media pages and liquidsys.io. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
