I'm Byron Bailey, and I've spent my career running businesses. I've managed retail operations, worked in automotive sales, built and led multiple teams across several states, managed restaurants for a major hospitality group, worked in freight logistics and launched an import and export business. I've managed the P&Ls, the teams and the daily operations, and I know what it's like to be the one responsible for everything.
Along the way, I saw the same problems in every industry: owners working long hours without a clear plan, marketing that didn't bring in customers, and software that cost too much and did too little.
I started Connex Creative to give small business owners the kind of planning, marketing and operational support that bigger companies take for granted, from someone who's actually done it.
That same experience is why we built Liquid OS, a set of apps for booking, jobs, sales, invoices, expenses and documents, so owners spend less time on paperwork and more time running their business.
Planning is only the first half. You also need the right tools to efficiently manage your daily operations.
